Her name is Dr. Pamela Zimmer, a Psychospiritual Therapist who founded the Human Relations Center for Women in metro New York. Her focus is on helping women evolve. She combines her intuitive abilities with her years of experience in counseling to help women transform and connect with their higher selves. Dr. Pamela (as she is known) recently published a book entitled, Sex Lies and Sabotage, in which she addresses the many ways we women sabotage our relationships and then provides us with solutions that are in alignment with our true selves. Her voice throughout the book is reflective of her engaging personality and sense of humor. I have known Dr. Pamela for about two years, and through our work together I have undergone a personal transformation and reached a new level of awareness about myself.
